Will Sledge is a Managing Director of Sales and Trading, where he oversees business development and project management for the Commercial Asset Sales Group.Jordan graduated from New York University's real estate institute with a master's degree in real estate finance and investment and from American University with a B. His team's responsibilities include the sourcing and sale of REO, commercial, C&I and residential loans as well as equipment lease and finance business. Sledge has originated and closed billions of dollars of commercial, residential, C&I, and equipment lease and loan sales. Sledge represents banks, special servicers, private equity funds and other financial institutions nation-wide. Sledge also originates debt placement mandates on behalf of Mission's Debt and Equity Finance Group. Bostic is the Managing Director of Residentail Sales & Trading for Mission and has over 25 years of marketing, mortgage trading, risk management and operational management experience working for major financial firms and investment banks, including Credit Suisse, DLJ, Bayview Financial, Ocwen Financial, and Prudential Home Mortgage.He also has a deep background in valuing portfolios, structuring pooling and asset selection strategies, and providing asset sale recommendations to clients. Vergara is responsible for managing all phases of deal execution, including marketing, investor communications, due diligence management, contract negotiations, and closing. Vergara served as Director of Business Development for Pay Quik, which was acquired by Citigroup and provides electronic payments solutions for U. (brokerage and investment banking arm of Banco Santander Central Hispano), and CIBC World Markets (formerly known as Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.) in private equity, investment banking and advisory, and high yield/distressed debt trading capacities. Vergara received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a recipient of the coveted Howard E. Responsibilities include management of all due diligence operations, collateral document delivery, servicing transfers, interim servicing oversight, remittance reconciliations and post-closing rep and warrant contract management.

Jordan is also actively involved in UK/European real estate financing.

As the head of Mission Capital Advisor's residential trading business, Mr.

Bostic has advised high profile commercial and government clients on the more than billion of residential mortgage loan portfolio sales and agency deliveries. Bostic servces on the Board of Directors and is Chief Marketing Officer for Mission Global, a full services due diligence services firms owned by Mission Capital.

He has direct oversight of all three of the contracts with the FDIC (Valuation Advisor, Loan Sale Advisor, and Structured Sale Advisor) since 2009.

Prior to founding Mission Capital, he was the head of nonperforming residential mortgage loan acquisitions at GMAC-RFC and Ocwen and was a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Runk has BS degree in Economics from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Duke University.

The Dime disposition program included a multi-year asset-by-asset sellout culminating in a 0 million bulk offering to many of the major portfolio investors in the whole loan investment arena. He has advised a variety of commercial and government clients on the sale of nearly billion of mortgage loan portfolios and over 0 billion of asset valuations.
