The fifth revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), published in May 2013, classifies Tourette's and tic disorders as motor disorders listed in the neurodevelopmental disorder category.
Education, and a "watch and wait" strategy, are the only treatment needed for many, and the majority of individuals with tics do not seek treatment; treatment of tic disorders is similar to treatment of Tourette syndrome.
Although a significant amount of investigative work indicates genetic linkage of the various tic disorders, further study is needed to confirm the relationship.

All four have the 'double dagger' symbol between the words Post & Card. I would not be bold enough to suggest that a card can be precisely dated using these symbols but they can certainly be batched into early, middle and late twenties.
Each photographer's stock of photographic paper postcards had a shelf life. I suggest they represent the manufacturer's date of production, possibly a span of six months. I have extracted the dated portrait cards from my collection and found a very significant clustering of dates for certain symbols.
