A meal will follow the service with inurnment at Vivian Cemetery afterward.Born on March 25, 1935 to Millard (Mick) and Henrietta (Mc Cormick) Harvey in Presho, SD, Eunice lived her childhood years on the family farm south of Vivian and attended Vivian Public Schools until her high school graduation in 1953.She could make anything out of nothing and make it look nice.Darline was an excellent seamstress and not only made clothes for her family, but she also made the beautiful square dance shirts for herself and David for when they went square dancing. She loved every one of them and she did her job as Grandmother very well by spoiling them with love and hugs.He worked for the South Dakota Department of Transportation for 35 years.He then worked for Sam’s Club, and then after moving to Pierre, worked for Wal-Mart.Eunice loved living in Vivian and was very involved with the town business and the special events such as the 4th of July celebrations.After her retirement, which coincided with the births of her first grandchildren, she was a regular guest at her son’s homes whether for birthdays, events, or babysitting gigs.
Darline Imogene Eisenbraun was born at Winner, SD to Albert and Tabea (Fettinger) Eisenbraun on July 13, 1925.
Darline was a good cook and her house was always spotless. She had a green thumb for flowers and gardening, and her house was full of beautiful plants including her cherished Christmas cactus.
Another natural ability that she inherited from her father were her carpentry skills.
